Max Tv Online Television Ipl! IMDb (internet movie database) continues to be one of the most widely used movie resources on the internet. Does the iPhone application remain equally as strong because website, or does it fall short? Find out during my full writeup on the free IMDb iPhone application.
Has there ever been a time when you couldn't consider who was in the certain movie? Or maybe you were watching a television show and asked yourself, "what have they been in?" Well, the most common means of answering these questions is to go look online IMDb.com.
If you happen to be new to this name, it is short for Internet Movie Database. This website is specialized in any every thing movies. They cover actor biographies, movies which can be in production as well as the box office. They have now made a free application for your iPhone that gives you all on this information with the touch of the finger.
The IMDb application is broken into three different categories that you can navigate and appearance through. The first category could be the movies section. This section has some pretty cool sub-categories. For starters, you can get showtimes for movies while using the built-in location finder. You can see the showtimes by looking at individual movies or by theater. It is easy to travel through and a quick source for locating that amazing new movie that simply hit the lamp office.
If you might be into this area office numbers, then you can certainly look up the United States box office results. You can see which movies rank highly on the list, and just how much money they have got raked in that week or altogether. Outside of these options, you can check out the top 250 highest rated movies ever around the IMDb website as well as the most searched movies online.
The television portion of the IMDb application contains two options. A TV tonight option. This gives that you simply rundown out of all the major networks programming to get a given day. It will list ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox and so on down the line. This doesn't give that you simply complete listings though. I suppose you are able to download the i.TV application if you wish to get that information.
The second television option offered is a TV recap. This will provide you with recaps of all of the most recent shows. They tend to adhere to the hottest shows though, so you may not always find what you're looking for. The lack of the TV guide was kind of a miss for the IMDb application. Why use a list of some shows, however, not let you see a complete television listing? It may be something that is thrown in at a later update, but for now it's missing.
The last section to round out the IMDb application will be the people section. This is kind of lackluster like the television portion of the applying. You can look at that is searched the most online or you can see who was simply born on that present day.
Now despite a few of the categories being weak, you are able to still seek out an actor, movie or tv program. At the most notable of the applying, there is really a search bar. This will allow you to do probably the most common thing people do on the regular IMDb.com website, seek out things. So let's say you're searching for Robert Pattinson. You will be able to determine when he was given birth to, what he could be known for and every one of the films he may be in.
On the whole, the free IMDb application to the iPhone does a fantastic job supplying you with specifics of all of your favorite movies and actors/actresses. There are a few features which can be missing that I would love to see in an update. For a free application, this saves you time from being forced to log on to your pc every time just to see who had been in what. IMDb readily available for download free from the iTunes application store.
